How does JeeCharge help me find EV charging stations near me?
JeeCharge features a real-time interactive charging map that detects your current location to show nearby DC fast chargers and Level 2 AC stations. Which electric vehicle models and charging connectors are supported?
JeeCharge is universally compatible with all modern electric vehicles. We support all major industry charging connectors including CCS (Combined Charging System), Type 2 (Mennekes), CHAdeMO, and GB/T standards, as well as Tesla vehicles using standard CCS2 or adapter setups.
How does the 1-Tap QR scan to charge work?
When you arrive at any compatible station, plug the connector into your EV, open JeeCharge, and scan the QR code located on the charger face. The app automatically authenticates your account, unlocks the dispenser, and initiates power delivery immediately—no RFID cards, fobs, or physical payment terminals required.
How are charging fees calculated, and are there any hidden costs?
Pricing is 100% transparent and clearly shown per kilowatt-hour (kWh) or per minute before you start charging. You can watch your live power consumption and accumulated session cost in real time. Payments are debited seamlessly from your in-app wallet or linked card, and a detailed itemized receipt is generated instantly with zero hidden fees.
Can I monitor my vehicle’s charging speed and battery percentage live?
Yes. Through direct OCPP 2.0.1 charger communication, JeeCharge displays live telemetry straight to your smartphone. You can monitor active delivery rate (kW), battery percentage, charging curve, and estimated time remaining, plus receive instant notifications when your car reaches its target charge.
Is the JeeCharge app free to download, and is a subscription required?
